INF Esports Private Limited and/or its affiliates(“INF Esports”, “We, “Company” “Ours” or “Us”) keep and process information about you (“you”, “user”, “player” or “organizer”) and other players or organisers who reside in the territory of India. We comply with all applicable laws related to personal information and strive to protect the rights of individual players by adopting this Privacy Policy ("Policy") in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, maintain and disclose personal information collected about you during and after your relationship with us. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by https://www.infesports.com.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, features or resources we make available on our Site (hereinafter the “Platform”). Users may, however, visit our Platform anonymously. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Platform related activities.

The information we collect falls into three different categories:

1) Information collected directly from you
User(s) may be asked for email address, name, phone number, date of birth, gender, age, country of residence etc. to create and manage an account on the website, register for tournament(s), esports event(s) or to provide customer service.

2) Information collected automatically
We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our Platform. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means the type of connection to our Platform, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilised and other similar information.

3) Information collected from third parties
When you access our Platform using a third party platform (such as Google, or Facebook), we collect certain information from your profile/account on the third party platform as permitted by the terms of the third party platform and your privacy settings thereon. For example, these include:

  • - Google: Google ID, nickname, profile image, purchase history
  • - Facebook: Name, Facebook ID, profile picture, friends list

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert the Users when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly. INF Esports may collect and use User's personal information for the following purposes:

  • To Manage user profile : Management of your user account and associated preferences
  • To improve customer service: Information provided by Users helps us respond to customer service requests and support needs, more efficiently
  • To personalise User experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use our Platform
  • To improve our Site: We may use feedback provided by the User/s to improve our Platform
  • To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
  • To provide opportunities to participate in events: we may share information with tournament organisers for the tournaments you registered in.
  • For the purpose of providing you the services through our Platform, We may be required to disclose your information and data to the following recipients/ third parties Platform improvement and assistance with the delivery of the content, like Google Analytics. We do not sell users data to any advertisers or any third party.

  • Tournament organisers will have access to the data you entered when you registered for the tournament.
  • Police authorities in the context of judicial requisitions concerning fraud or any other legal grounds
  • Administrative and judicial authorities concerning requests related to the investigation or the identification of a person, in strict compliance with the legislation in force
  • Third parties which provide the services of auditing, data analytics
  • We use your Personal Data to display relevant advertisements, based on your preferences. We make reports related to the advertisement campaigns, in particular statistics, without any reference or information related to the personal data of visitors or users of the Platform. You can also block advertising cookies in the dedicated “cookies” page.

    In principle, we will remove your personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting personal information is achieved. Personal information stored in physical form will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored electronically will be removed using technical measures in a way that the information cannot be reproduced. However, we may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you, if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement we may have with a User.

    Platform is intended to be used by a general audience. We do not recommend it to be used by individuals who are below the age of 18 (Eighteen) without the consent of their parents or a legal guardian.

    When a child aged under 18 years old wants to register an account on the Platform, we make reasonable efforts to verify that the access and the use of the Platform have been authorised by the legal representative of the child. We reserve the right to request written parental consent of the legal representative at any time.

    If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 18 years of age has provided us with their personal information without your consent, you can contact us and request that your child’s information be deleted from our system.

    Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. DART uses "non personally identifiable information" and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html

    We may amend, at our discretion, any portion of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting or displaying the amended Privacy Policy on our Platform. We will provide notice on our Platform or by other appropriate means to you if these changes are material and where required by applicable law. You will be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing to use the Service so please review it frequently. You can see when this policy was last updated by checking the “last updated” date displayed at the top of this policy.

    By using this Platform, the Users signify their acceptance of this policy as may be modified from time to time. Users are advised not to access the Platform if they do not agree to our privacy policy.
